Jack & Jill's

We decided to try out the new Jack & Jill's bowling alley in Lehi the other night with some friends.  It was a good time and we actually took some pictures to prove it!  And just to rub it in a little bit more, I beat my husband by 1 point! :) It was a great victory...

Gratitude

I've decided to copy my wonderful friend Amanda's idea of a "Gratitude Journal" on my blog.... At the end of each post, she lists 5 or so things that she is grateful for.  I found this to be absolutely awesome in reminding us what small and simple things make us happy and help us realize how truly blessed we are.  So, I don't really have much more to say than this...

  Marrying into a Montana family, I've automatically become a Montana fan and I'm okay with that because this game was INCREDIBLE!  For the conference championship, Montana came back from a 20 point deficit to win the game by one point!  Fabulous moment, and one VERY VERY happy husband :) I'll go to games like that any day.

Does Bambi Have Insurance??

Pardon my language, but it's been the weekend from HELL.  My wonderful, incredibly hard working husband got laid off from his job, we found out that our kitchen sink has a nasty leak and to top it all off, Bambi decided to run head on into our car last night.  Talk about horrible timing :(  What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger I guess.  But it still royally sucks!

Based on the impact, (no air bags deployed thank goodness) we thought for sure we had killed it.  But it was only badly injured... not moving at all.  And thank goodness it was only a doe.

We'd like Bambi to pay for our car to get fixed... seeing as it was his fault. Or her fault I guess. Whatever.
